We’re excited to support you in creating an engaging and enriching classroom experience this school year! Each full-time classroom teacher will receive an allotment of $1,000 to help cover classroom supplies and field trip expenses.

- Classroom Teachers (Full-Time): $1,000
- Speech: $1,000
- Resource: $1,000
- Art: $500
- Music: $500
- Dance: $500
- Physical Education (PE): $500

The Home & School Club (HSC) works hard to raise funds from our amazing families to help cover classroom needs and field trip costs.
Before requesting additional items or contributions from classroom families—whether for field trips or classroom supplies—please be sure to use your allotted funds first.
If those funds have already been used, we kindly ask that you go through the grant request process before reaching out to families for further support.

Purchasing/Reimbursement Options
Option A: You Make The Purchase!
To process your reimbursement, the HSC treasurer will need an uploaded version of your receipt to the Reimbursement Request below. (Printed or Email Copies will not be accepted.)
- If you purchased from a store, submit a photo of the original receipt.
- If you ordered online, print the digital receipt sent by the retailer and upload a copy.

Option B: The Home & School Club Makes The Purchase Directly (Online Only)
For online purchases, the HSC can place the order on your behalf. To do this, please provide the exact link to the item(s) you want purchased in the Purchase Request below.
- Without the correct link, the HSC cannot complete the transaction.
No receipt is needed with this option. Fill out the Direct Purchase Request below.
