🛒 Reimbursement Request

To process your reimbursement, the HSC treasurer will need an uploaded version of your receipt to the Reimbursement Request below. (Printed or Email Copies will not be accepted.)

  • If you purchased from a store, submit a photo of the original receipt.
  • If you ordered online, print the digital receipt sent by the retailer and upload a copy.
